This Privacy Policy describes how VaultixOS ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you use VaultixOS.com, our trade-specific apps, and any related services (together, the "Services"). The Services are available to customers in the United States, Canada, and elsewhere.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to deliver and support the Services:

  • Account info: name, email address, and password when you sign up or purchase.
  • Purchase info: order history and billing details processed by Shopify. We never see your full credit card number.
  • Business data you enter: job details, quotes, invoices, client names and contact info, mileage, photos, and other content you create inside VaultixOS.
  • Technical info: device type, browser, approximate location from IP, and anonymized usage events used to keep the service running and improve it.

How We Use It

  • To create and maintain your account and deliver the Services.
  • To process purchases, refunds, and customer support requests.
  • To send essential service messages (order confirmations, account notices, security alerts).
  • To improve the product and fix bugs.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing.

Who Processes Your Data

We use trusted service providers to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy and security practices:

  • Shopify: storefront and payment processing.
  • Supabase: authentication and database.
  • Cloudflare: content delivery and security.
  • Resend: transactional email.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. These rights are available to residents of many places, including (without limitation) customers in the United States (including California under the CCPA/CPRA) and Canada (under PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws), as well as other regions with similar laws. To exercise any of these rights, email support@vaultixos.com. We respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we delete your content within 30 days except where we are required by law to retain records (for example, tax records associated with a purchase).

Security

We use industry-standard security: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted passwords, limited internal access, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

VaultixOS is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email support@vaultixos.com and we will delete it.

Cookies

The VaultixOS website and apps use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language and currency preference, and measure usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working if you do.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide the required notices and opt-outs.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
