Not satisfied with your VaultixOS purchase? Email support@vaultixos.com within 7 days of your order and we’ll issue a full refund, including HST.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@vaultixos.com from the address on your order. Include your order number and a brief reason. We’ll process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Orders older than 7 days
  • Custom development or consulting work already delivered
  • Third-party integrations purchased separately
  • Repeat or bad-faith refund abuse

After a Refund

Your license is revoked the day the refund is processed. Please stop using the software and delete any local copies.

Chargebacks

Please email us first. Most issues are resolved faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and may be referred to collection agencies.
