These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VaultixOS ("we," "us," "our"), including our website at VaultixOS.com, our trade-specific software applications (collectively, the "Services"), and any related products. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services.
When you purchase a VaultixOS product, you receive access credentials tied to the email address you used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@VaultixOS.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own trade business. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.
All payments are processed securely by Shopify. Prices are displayed in the currency you select at checkout. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your billing location. You are responsible for any third-party fees (bank, credit card, currency conversion) your institution may charge.
VaultixOS is a digital product. There is no physical shipment. Access is delivered electronically via email to the address you provided at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation.

You agree not to use the Services to (a) violate any law; (b) upload, store, or transmit any material that infringes another party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (c) transmit malware or attempt to disrupt the Services; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts; (e) use the Services to send unsolicited communications to third parties.
You retain ownership of all data, quotes, invoices, client information, photos, and other content you upload to VaultixOS ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Services. We do not sell or share Your Content.
The Services, including all code, design, text, images, and trademarks, are owned by VaultixOS and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
VaultixOS integrates with third-party services (including, without limitation, Shopify for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Cloudflare for content delivery). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. VaultixOS IS A BUSINESS-MANAGEMENT TOOL AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. Any tax or financial information displayed by the Services is for your convenience; you are responsible for verifying accuracy with a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VaultixOS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold VaultixOS harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Services at any time; the license granted to you ends on termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
